We may have overlapping claim in SCS with couples of countries involving couples of reefs, those are minor disagreements which won't impact our friendship, even without China , they also counter claim each other. The only real territorial land dispute that China has, is the one with India.

China has 14 neighbors, only 2 border disputes unresolved, India and India controlled Bhutan.
India has 6 neighbors, dispute with everyone except puppet Bhutan and Burma. Do the maths.

SCS is uninhabited, not border dispute. Everyone has dispute with everyone in SCS, not just China. The claims are overlapping to a great extent.
