Hyderabad: A delegation of Muslim leaders urged Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to order a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or by a sitting High Court judge into Tuesday’s killing of five Muslim under-trials by the police.

The delegation led by Hyderabad MP and Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president Asaduddin Owaisi met the Chief Minister at the secretariat on Thursday and demanded an independent probe.

Later Asaduddin told the reporters that the Chief Minister also expressed regret over the incident and asked for three days time to get all the details of the incident.

“We asked the Chief Minister how a person with handcuffs can try to use a gun as the police are claiming. Such feats are possible only in Rajnikant’s films”, Asauddin Owaisi said.

Delegation including Moulana Abdul Raheem Qureshi, President Muslim United Action Committee drew the attention of the Chief Minister to tell tale evidence of Nalgonda incident being a fake encounter.

“All the five under trials were chained to their seats and their hands were cuffed,” they told the chief minister.

Meanwhile the post mortem on the bodies of the five slain including, Viqaruddin Ahmed, by the forensic experts revealed that they were fired upon from point blank range and shot were fired at their heads and temples.

The leg of one of the victims was found broken by a blunt object.

Four of the five victims were buried amid tight security in Hyderabad. Tension prevailed in Sultan Shahi area of the old city as some irate youth pelted stones at police officers after the burial of one of the victims.

No one has claimed the body of the fifth victim Izhar Shah who hails from Uttar Pradesh.

Says it all. But this case will also be just like "Hashim Pura massacre"
No one will be punished, as all Indian system is based on anti muslim sentiments.

actually we are anti-SIMI, and we like it that way. it is cost effective to shoot those SIMI bastards than produced before court, atleast we can save the price of petrol that need for those vehicles used to transport SIMI workers to court and jail.

Do whatever you want, but then dont brag about largest democracy & mother of secularism etc.
Admit that you are a theocracy, which have no regard for human rights. A state which can't provide "right of fair trial" to its citizen violates the very core of human rights and democracy.
And in my reply, please dont start with example of Pakistan. Open another thread for bashing Pakistan. This thread is about your country, so stay at the topic.

So you are saying that it is justified for your security apparatus to do fake encounter. Does your constitution support it?

How many point blank encounters Karachi police did in the last 5 years?

how many disappearances happened in the same city?

Read about Vikaruddin Mr. he is no saint, he terrorised people. These are the same people who caused problems to the jail staff and they also fought in jail.
