True that ,may be when there is shortage of water buring summers we can block or reduce the flow to Pakistan but during rainy season we don't have the capacity to block .we should just let the excess water flow so that we can measure and show that an agreed years volume is sent to Pakistan

pakistan should also use diplomatic fronts.this is clear that india will stop pakistani water someday.we need to ask chinese to help us in this matter.china should find a way to block water going inside india as well.this will not harm anyone and it will turn indian efforts into a nightmare.

No problem, there's the zero option at Pakistan's disposal with China's aid.
China will dry out two of the main tributaries of the Ganga, which hundreds of millions depend upon. The monsoon rains now are infrequent and showing deterioration since records began, so they can't rely on that.
Restrict the Sultej depriving Indian Punjab (a breadbasket) of water.
Finally get to work on the Brahmaputra river.
Even the slightest knock with India's high population density can utterly devastate things.
