India-China rivalry reaches into orbit and beyond

By the way is it true the greatest of great China's probe to mars even failed to leave the earth orbit... ?
It's a Russian rocket failure ,unlike nationwide strong anticiaption that the Chinese government and people showed before the manned mission to the space and monnlanding rover , China didn't even report China's Mar probe before the Russian rocket failed ,so everyone can see how China values this minor side project, China didn't even bother to use her own rocket to do that, cause that's a side project where national prestige is not an issue.

.
Please come back on earth, my dear Indian friends, bragging with your "sweet dreams" can only get you as far as having some cheap mental orgasms, unfortunately it just never will goes well in the real world
Happy comparison, "India super power" :super:

Can we put it this way, China knew the faith of the project long before it was executed, that's y China instead of using there supernova rocket used unreliable Russian rocket?. If so, I would give 3 stars for face saving planning. :azn:

Who knows, it was a probe or a tin box, just enter into the club of mars mission countries, doesn't matter coz all failed in there first time. So can we :-).

Well done my friend, well done.

Long live Taiwan - India friendship. Once India becomes the superpower, I am sure, India will extend its nuclear protection to Taiwan.

I really doubt China is far ahead of India in space technology.
While being proud of what India has achieved in space technologies with a shoe string budget, it's evident than our space program is 10-15 years behind China. We will take another 10-15 years to launch manned missions in space. They did it in 2003. They are building a space station of their own..These things are far more complex than sending a mars orbital mission.
We need larger rockets to do manned missions. We will get close after GSLV MK 3 is operational. Even for our Mars mission we used the slingshot mechanism due to the lack of a powerful rocket.

China's space program doesn't hinge on one single success or failure, we are for a well balanced development and we have patience, we move on step by step with our manned mission, Beidou naviagation system, heavy lifting rockets, space station, moonlanding and we build ground facilites such as world's biggest satelite control, observation centers and telescopes. India can believe that one success in anything can put India ahead of China in Space science and technology, But suit yourself ,it won't change anything and we don't care.

sour grapes!

Forget US, you cannot even compete with India. Planning and executing space missions is not as simple as producing toys.

Mars orbiter is all you can brag? Space Manned mission, space walk, heavy space rocket, lunar soft landing coupled with rover, space module docking, autonomous space module docking. We Chinese beats you hand down.

We Chinese are competing with US and not small fried like India who's pathetic GSLV Mark III which not even launched yet has a low orbit payload of 8 tons? What a joke!

Chinese space station is a planned one. Work has not yet started. Chinese have yet to produce a re-entry space shuttle, so they plan to use their rockets to send space station modules into space. The assembly method is quite primitive and was used by USSR to assemble MIR station. I guess India has that technology to assembly a space station of its own. The difference between India and China is the launch technology. China has the technology to launch heavy loads while India is mastering that technology with GSLVs. GSLV MkIII will be a mile stone in acquiring that technology, if it is successful. Similarly there are many areas where India is better than China especially in remote sensing, satellite technology and launching multiple pay loads at once. So I will call it even.

Man...do you know....majority of times you talk nonsense?

We are not in a hurry

Chinese engineers spent 30 years on Long March-5 rocket design and technology

That's the next big thing

EmDrive: Has the 'impossible' technology started a new space race between US and China?

The controversial EmDrive space propulsion engine technology is said to function without any rocket fuel and aid astronomers in space travel much quicker than usual.
China lately claimed that it's conducting tests using the "impossible" technology, none other than the EmDrive.
China had revealed last month that it was conducting the tests aboard its Tiangong-2 space station after carrying it out successfully on Earth post funding researches for five years.
The controversial EmDrive space propulsion engine technology is said to function without any rocket fuel and aid astronomers in space travel much quicker than usual. This spacecraft releases microwaves in a cone-shaped engine, which helps it in moving forward and carrying out its functions, enacting like a propulsion system.

Man...do you know....majority of times you talk nonsense?

Is CZ-5 25tons low orbit payload compare to GSLV -Mark III 8tons payload make up or nonsense? Are you trying to say, China space walk, manned mission , space module docking or Yutu rover landing on moon are all make up while India has already put a man on Mars? Instead of countering point to point that is the nonsense response you can come up with?

In terms of multiple payload, remote sensing and satellite technology. China once again trump India in all areas.

You are such a poor loser!

. .
China now is developing space weapon and the country has already had the ability to disable enemy space assets, China's EmDrive technology use and quantum satellite are the only ones in the world. China prefers technology which delivers foreseeable return and benefits.
Precisely, the stubborn and pathetic indian just refuse to admit their inferiority. When we ask them for facts about superior or comparable with Chinese space tech and all they can come up is just one Mars orbiter. When we present facts about our superior heavy load rocket , they have nothing worth mentioning besides useless ranting and then stupid braggin about a poor 8tons GSLV Mark III which haven debut to talk about and claim its on par with CZ-5 rocket?

Be careful of falling for that "race" trap, China is no no race with anyone. Racing makes people do stupid things and China is always clear minded and knows very well what we need and what suits us the best. China doesn't need a race to score an unprecedented fast growing rate and get to where we are now. Race is what bankrupts nations which we should never follow.

Very unIndian like among Indian members. I see that you are new. I hope you maintain you level headed analysis despite being called a fake flag Pakistani or Chinese by other Indians.

People of the world need your mentality when view one countries achievements. The government should provide for their people and develop their economy. Not for comparing with other country for bragging purposes. @ito must have failed in competing for something in India, either an H1B slot or for an Indian college, that he is compensating for that failure online.

We are not far ahead. We are above you. China says "Hi!"
