They're shedding their facade of neutrality but we always knew they were pro-India at least we should have always known considering our history with them. Hence their push for India's inclusion into the NSG, support for India's membership in the UNSC, their growing arms deals with India, etc...

If you look at their actions in 1962, 1965, 1971 and even 1999 it's clear they've been sheltering India, working against Pakistan and doing anything they can to keep China down:

China should continue to liberate more territory because, as everyone including their media already knows, they're pinned down by Pakistan. They're barely able to hold it together on the Western front to sustain their occupation of Kashmir they have nothing to spare for the LAC against China.

I agree with your comments that US is not neutral on Pakistan-India issues and relationship. US has a agenda which is hurting Pakistan interest.

But don't misunderstand US UNSC support for India. Not a single permanent members of UNSC support India to be another permanent member. What US offer is a permanent UNSC seat without veto power, which is kind of humiliation in India opinion. India said big NO NO.
