China is the largest single investor in Lanka. Wouldnt hurt them even if they provided the weapons for free. Less Indian sponsored LTTE terrorism = better investment and profit prospects for Chinese.

Chinese really think way too advance in to the future. This is called forward thinking. Shaping the present for better tommrow..

See another reason for India is not spend a dime in Sri Lanka. Terrorism business is down. India should strictly do business with China. That is all the market we would ever need.
