i find the Pak media interesting......

yes India can divert only a little bit of the water....but India's original plan was also the same(to divert little of the water) and not the entire river, .......
that being the case
1) why did Pakistan go the ICJ
2)India got what it planed at the ICJ
3)Pakistan did not prevent India's DAM....them how is it possible that you won at the ICJ?
