Regarding the humanitarian situation in Indian occupied Kashmir India is in quite a mess. With the recent UN report on Kashmir going against India the issue is highlighted highly in international community placing the spotlight on India regarding Kashmir.

In my understanding India chose the timing carefully so that PTI being a new govt is looking for some political victories and talks with India is one of those victories. India is deliberately giving this victory to PTI so that PTI's govt don't highlight the issue under diplomatic strategy as India was moving into talks. As India has given no agenda of talks so far.

In my understanding PTI govt should highlight the Kashmir issue at it's full extent in U.N. General Assembly meeting. They shouldn't fall for I.do a deception.

we can do in some other meeting. Whenever we put Kashmir agenda, peace talk is bound to fail . We should not put condition if we want to move forward. Same applies for India. We can move forward, trade well, and we can increase people to people contact. No kashmir is not cure issue, just politicians using it for political gains, even they know that India will never bow down to demands of Pakistan, in just half decade 338 indian soldiers also lost life in kashmir. . Our main issue is to reduce poverty, to root out terrorism, fight against extremism and sectarianism which is main hurdle towards progress.

There is no talk without Kashmir. The conflict between Pakistan and India is all about Kashmir.
