Nukes are just a deterrent. A warning, nobody wants to get their hands into firing a weapon of mass destruction like a nuclear bomb. All those fan boys proud of having number of nukes and destruction of cities must think this event will lead to mutual destruction. Neither India nor Pakistan can survive a nuclear blast on either side of the border. Rivers will dry out, millions will die as a result the entire south Asia will become a waste land.
In any case Delhi gets nuked it results in high radiation clouds on the entire north west regions till the Hindukush ranges.
