In democracy thieves are freed on plea bargain

Few months ago news broke all over media, Baluchistan Chief sectary caught with billions of cash money in his possession. Today he is free and reinstated by paying 2 billion rupees to NAB , a plea bargain.
All that cash he been stealing on behalf of elected govt official over the years was development fund for Baluch people, but that money use for " bandar baat" among MPAs and MNAs.
Height of corruption, then people say why Baluchi people are so angry.

PMLn has strong majority do the overhauling . If the bill is not suitable for the present setup then change it or amend it.
