LAHORE - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Friday urged the British government to take notice of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chairmans Altaf Hussain inflammatory speeches.
Talking to British High Commissioner Adam Thomson, who telephoned the PTI chief to enquire about his health, Imran said that Hussain, being a British citizen, had violated British laws by issuing controversial statements. He said the British government should take action against him per the British law, adding that the UK government should also issue a warning to the MQM chief.
The London Metropolitan Police have already started an investigation against Hussain after receiving complaints by hundreds of British and Pakistani citizens.
