Imran tells PML-N wind is changing

LAHORE Pakistan Tekree-i-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Saturday again targeted the rulers, claiming that corrupt people were running the affairs of the country and government.
Imran Khan, who was addressing an Iftar party hosted by party leader Ijaz Chaudhary, also alleged the government had appointed a dishonest man to the office of the Auditor General to cover its corruption.
He said, The country is being run through criminals and all top offices of the State are being headed by criminal and corrupt people. While announcing that the PTI will hold a public meeting at Minar-i-Pakistan on October 23 to bring a revolutionary change in the country, Imran said: The kings of Raiwind will witness a wind of change in Lahore on October 23.
He claimed, Killers are hiding behind their political fronts in Karachi and how could these political parties protect the life and property of the people who are safeguarding the killers. The PTI chief, while calling the PPP-led government a bunch of thieves, said that they have no faith in supremacy of law and that was the reason they avoid endorsing the orders of the Supreme Court.
Imran said: I am not frustrated despite all the ills in the country, which are spread by the corrupt and inefficient rulers and I see light at the end of tunnel, while the people of this country, especially the youth should play their due role to bring a real change in Pakistan.
He said that Allah Almighty has given a chance to this nation for bringing a revolutionary change in the shape of PTI and the masses should strengthen his party to get rid of the corrupt rulers in a bid to transform Pakistan into a real Islamic welfare state.
PTI chief while claiming that current ruling parties were safeguarding each others interests and said they could not change the lives of their electorate, while these corrupt elements could be defeated only through a peoples revolution.
He said that PTI would ensure provision of justice, employment, health and educations facilities in the country if it voted to power. Imran claimed that people from other countries would come to Pakistan for getting jobs, as the country would achieve the real targets of a developed nation during the rule of PTI. He said that the PTI would be the first political party, which would stop foreign assistance when it come to power and employ the policy of self reliance in letter and spirit. PTI leaders Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed, Dr Yasmeen Rashid, Murad Raas, Ishtiaq Malik, Sadia Saif and others were also present on this occasion.
