Earlier it was reported by credible PTI members that thier are only one "informal" meeting took place and that too at some Turkish party and now it truning out that thier are several instead.

No we can't guarantee that. What I can guarantee is that so long as the USA stays in Afghanistan, FATA and Afghanistan will be used as bases for Al Qaeda. And hundreds of thousands of more innocent people in the region will die.
