IK is a total idiot when it comes to his views on Qadianis. Was it OK if that prominent world known economist was a Hindu Pakistani or Christian Pakistani? Would he then accept him as his foreign minister?
I agree with IK on everything except his stupid and biased views regarding Qadianis.Stupid politicians hating people for what they want to be and then we talk about Democracy in Pakistan. Shit!!!
I am not Qadiani. I don't have problem with Qadianis. I have Qadiani friends. They are all Pakistani citizens and that is what we should see. Such people should read about Abdul Salam Wikipedia page and his contribution for Pakistan. We should encourage them and not kick out of Pakistan. It will be bad for country. They are as much patriotic as us (so called real Muslims).I agree with IK on everything except his stupid and biased views regarding Qadianis.
It could be, still if someone considers himself Muslim, state or government has no business enforcing him to declare himself non-Muslim. Other Muslims may see Qadianis as heretics, non-Muslims but state has no say in this matter according to the basic principle of freedom of religion.Any one who does not believe in Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as last prophet is against basics of islam.
Qadianis and other religious minorities are treated unequally in Pakistani constitution. IK must remove these unjust paragraphs once he comes to power. Most important ting is what he said at the end. EVERY ONE IS EQUAL IN ISLAMIC TEACHING. Does not matter what his believe is.
I am not a supporter of Qadianism. I am for all religious minorities in Pakistan treated fairly and equally as we see in Norway where state do not interfere with people's religious affairs. And plz remember its not as simple issue its very sensitive. @Norwegian I know few of ur friend in Norway still support Imran Khan.
Its not the question of belief but enforcement. There are some Sunni sects that do not believe other Shiite sects to be Muslim. Also there are some Shiite sects that accuse Sunnis for apostasy. Takfiris of ISIS follow similar ideology where they brand all those who do not follow their strict Wahhabi form of Islam for being Kuffars. Kharijites in Islam also considered other mainstream Muslims for abandoning "true" teachings Islam and thus massacred many of them in the past for "apostasy":Those who are saying that believing in the Muhammad S.A.W(PBUH) as the Last Prophet of ALLAH is not necessary to be a Muslim are out of their damn minds and need to read the Quran. IK is correct here whether you like it or not.

So you can see that its a very dangerous trend among Muslims where they label other dissimilar and unorthodox sects of Islam for being non-Muslims. In turn, they themselves are regarded as apostates by the same sect. Intolerance in Islam is very common practice.
Qadianis may consider other Muslim sects non-Muslims, same goes for other sects claiming Qadianis are not Muslim. But state has no business taking the side of those Muslim sects who seek to penalize Qadianis for following their faith as Islam. But at the end of the day, just like how Ahmedis consider other sects non-Muslims, I think it is the consensus of the entire community that they are not Muslim either. Denying it is impossible.
