Altaf Hussain has made his party into a laughing stock of Pakistani politics. I have met and spoken to MQM members both in party and those who had to pay huge sums of money to leave the party and now reside in a god forsaken part of Pakistan so no one comes after them.
MQM needs to kick AH out and clean it's house, you had Mustafa Kamal. That man was amazing for Karachi, i remember the I Own Karachi campaign and how ordinary karachiets regardless of political affiliation joined the I Own Karachi campaign to clean the streets and the community policing project.... Where did all that go?.
MQM just won't let decent people in the party progress. Please MQM, if you want to be a serious voice for all muhajir's in Pakistan, get rid of AH and get rid of the Gangster-ism in your party and you will be successful. Replace AH with people like Mustafa Kamal and Faisal Sabzwari, people who understand politics and don't follow every word they utter with a swearword or insult.
And this is coming from a staunch PTI supporter!
