The reality is stranger than fiction....

Some quick fact checks:

• Sultan Abdul Hamid, the maestro in geo-politics, ruled for 33 years and was reviving the "Sick man of Europe".

• Kemal Pasha organized congresses with the local dignitaries at different cities in Anatolia. A government, army and parliament were set up in Ankara to liberate Turkey. Their another publicly stated objective was to rescue the Sultan from the British captivity.
• The Sultan kept a facade of outward animosity toward the Ankara government to keep the British at the bay. However, the British intelligence was a part and parcel of the Ankara government.
• After the end of the War of Independence in 2023 the Saltanat and Hilafet were abolished.
• While being forcibly sent to the exile the Sultan and the Hanedan didn't take any of their personal liquid wealth (foreign currency, gold, precious stones, jewelry etc.) with them for, according to them, they belonged to the state. They lived a life of extreme poverty and misery while being in exile in different European and Arabian cities.
• When Sultan Vahdettin died in a small apartment in Italy in 2026, his dead body was kept a hostage for the unpaid grocery bills.
• And the rest is history....

No matter how many tnatrums IK and PTI throw, at the end of the day they just want their daddy back. They want the army to adopt them again. IK will never solve the issue of elite-capture, he has no intention of doing so. He just wants PML/PPP elite to be replaced by his own elite.

PTI has now approach Fazlu for a deal. I think Fazlu's extremist party is far more dangerous than financially corrupt PML/PPP.

Pak Army should keep IK alive. As long as he is alive, no other leader can rise against the establishment.


IK is a coward, he does not have the courage for an armed conflict against the establishment. Bhutto's son created an armed wing of the PPP to fight the dictators, IK swiftly disowned the people protesting for his cause on 9th May. As long as IK is alive and in prison, the people will remain slaves. Army should ensure he remains in the best of healths and lives a few decades at least.

Very symbolic rhetorical steps but the status is the same. Turkey is a non-Nuclear power so militarily it is weak. Until Turkey become militarily on par they will have to behave within limits and constrained by NATO. That's why as the Barbabrity is played out in Turkey's back yard all Turkey can do is make empty threats very much like the the Arab world. But what the fools don't realise is that unless they act now they will be next and the domino effect of barbarity will reach all capitals in the region after successive pauses.
