The most important words are those spoken by him towards the end of this video "merely condemning it is not going to solve the problem " ...... Is it like "We condemn it but peace talk is the only solution" ??? In that case it is not condemning !! Of course IK is not stupid enough to say on tv that he does not condemn killing of Ch. Every 'leader' just condemns and waits for another event to condemn. Its as if the only policy to deal with terrorism is 'condemn'. Then we ask, 'did he condemn?" and we are happy with it.
