It's the view of one judge only. Majority of judges are not for invoking treason charges on different interpretation of the constitution. PTI govt was merely following SC's own past judgments that judiciary is not constitutionally allowed to interfere proceedings of parliament. Latest SC verdict now says it can. Maybe in future when neutrals want, SC will say otherwise. So it all depends on the mood of neutrals at the time
