IMPORTING ELECTRICITY FROM INDIA

Pakistan shouldn't try to rely on electricity on India, and should to get some from China or somewhere.

Anyway Pricing is still a big hurdle like it was scrapped previously when Benazir Bhutto came to India last time.

Yes, you may be true I read that Pakistan imported 29 engines from China and engines stopped working very soon because railways put bad quality lubricant in it. That may be IRs concern also.

LOL, they have a strange way of working. Did you know that they use pipeline gases in most regions and these gases supplies are prone to cuts just like electricity. Just imagine. Its like a developed country concept used in a third world country.

Well Pakistan can get it from 2 sides only India or Iran. Iran is saying that they need 5 years to build power plants and transmission infrastructure. For China and Pakistan it will pass through tough mountain ranges again costly and time-consuming process. And North is Afghanistan.

Yes, I read news about it. Pakistan is going to have load shedding for Gas also in coming winter. They have a huge power sector crisis right now. Also it is also getting obvious that India will block any loan plans for Diamer Bhasha Dam as it is in occupied Area.

Bro, its not a problem it wont materialize before 2025 at the earliest. I dont see it as a threat to India. But yes it will definitely be used as a chip.

It is obvious they won't get $12 billion required for the project so easily from international agencies for Diamer Bhasha Dam. Whatever is the complete date, Pakistan's constitution itself says that it is a disputed area and would be considered a part of Pakistan when Kashmir dispute is solved. It is 100% obvious that India will try to block every such moves to get loans.

Well even China had previously tried to block any international Aid to Arunachal Pradesh. MFN is just a small step(a rule inside WTO which Pakistan took 15 years to fulfilled) and we should not have too much expectation from it.

China was a different case,it did it to declare AP as a dispute. However be positive about MFN, once finalized it will be a huge bonus especially for us and the preferential trade agreement will work as an amplifier to it.
