It's not as bad as media portrays on the overall political position of pti in KPK. Basically khattak nephew wanted the ticket, the ticket was given to someone else. They supported the opposite side so that the other candidate looses and in next elections pti gives the ticket to them instead of someone else.
There is nothing wrong in giving the ticket to the strongest candidate in the constituency, khattak nephew was that candidate.

Technically PTI whooped juif (combined PDM candidate) in khurram. It was juif seat. Both the winner (16k+) and Independent ( around15k) are pti. The independent is 2018 pti candidate, he campaigned on promise that his win is pti's win.

We should do preliminary election and give ticket to person who gets most vote

Khattak will never leave pti, his ways are a bit of what we call traditional politician that some of us don't agree with, but overall he was the one who delivered pti 2/3 majority. He is JKT of kpk. Same as JKT with all ups and down he will be a part of pti.

That's why I say don't always jump the gun in blaming people. Probably they wanted to field a party worker and bring new face with potential. But one has to keep in mind that established families like khattak's nephew have put a lot in to establish their sphere of influence, you can not just deny them the right to carry on.

You might see it as putting own interest above party but coming to facts this one seat does not even put a dent in KPK government. He will win this seat back for you in coming elections if given the ticket. If the guy pti gave ticket to won than what would khattak's nephew would do just sitting home supporting other candidate in every election?

Anyways party should have thought about this before giving ticket and experimenting in such elections which carry the element of optics. Both are at fault.

Who signed the agreement with Broadsheet in the first place? PTI has only been in power for 2 and half years and you expect miracles instantly and clean up 40 years of mess.

Your dear supreme leader mariam keeps on lying everyday so why would anyone trust a convicted criminal who is on bail, why is Ishaq dar and Godfather living in one of the most expensive properties in the heart of London.

All other parties and PDM have been tried and tested many times but sadly all have failed to deliver.

PTI does have many flaws but its battling against a system that is too corrupt and has a thin majority.

Isn't NAB the premier institution of Pakistan set up by COAS, CHIEF EXECUTIVE and PRESIDENT Hazrat Musharraf, and touted by his excellency I K NIAZI. Mr IK Niazi spent 20years exposing corruption everywhere. Now in power for 2 1/2 years as the chief executive of the country and his party heading KPK for 8years all corruption and corrupt practices have gone through to he roof.
He has his property in Bani Gala which was illegally built regularised. Is this not corruption. He lives in the biggest house and has no source of income. He doesn't pay tax. His ministers don't pay tax. Faisal wowow lied on his nomination papers to join the NA. He had billions of asets yet paid no tax till last year.
Again people are allowed to be rich do business accumulate wealth, but this has to be legal.
As long as there is the same rule applied for everyone than things are good.
But victimisation leads to conflict. I am afraid we are heading that way
