After having admitted that inflation was bad, he is trying to conflate his "brave" stance to thwart the evil IMF to keep Pakistani nukes safe, so that people will just take whatever is being shoved up their rears, yet again. That is all.

It's not uncommon to demand changes in budgeting. I've assisted, as support, on a few contracts in DC.

There's politics attached to every loan, grant, and aid. Nothing is free. Not even a handshake with the President of the US, just ask Zardari.

You really believe this? He was flat out denying that Uncle Sam committed torture during WOT on another tread.
