IMEI trace pakistan?

they do i for whole Pakistan, my cousin phone lost today and he wantto track it. So any one can assist? i heard there are software avaible by which u can track by IMEI number. though its illegal as it sonly used by ISI or CTDs etc

try samsaung official website where the will contact you in a while after asking IMI then they can block the whole cell phone no guarantee of data
