ILS for PAF major bases ?

well i have fear of this at fog all of punjab airports shut down every year it will be first years when lahore will be operational even visibility will be zero. how is past PAF manage to landing its question .

when our air force says all weather day and night capable it means the plane can take off and land.

go ask the first air force person you meet. If he seems hesitant in answering and does not give details, do remember that when you want answers on a public forum

Where are the necessary transponder antennas on the runways of PAF bases?

ISB, UET, PEW are joint airports the had ILS for the last 20yrs or so. this is also installed at Khi, Mux, ,LYP, Sia.

Peshawar doesn't have an ILS system. Your only options are a VOR approach or VOR/NDB letdown.

All ILS equipped airports are only equipped on a uni-directional basis.

Only LHE is Cat 2.



Karachi is CAT 1.

Peshawar in the past has been used by both civil/military. I included the Karachi and Lahore plates to correct IK's error.

Sir i think PAC made ILS system.. It also mention on their website.. http://www.pac.org.pk/avionic
If they make it then also installed and uses this..
