we know that Sunny built a factory in India because it signed an agreement with Apple.

This has nothing to do with Canada. But you said 'Sunny is not Chinese technology'. Huawei also designs chips. Then license it to Foxconn for production. But Huawei never said that Foxconn uses Huawei technology. Canada's logic is shocking! We now have sufficient reason to believe that Canada is stealing Sunny's technology.
