i think shushbakht shujaat is very mature and clever woman, and MQM needs her to lead MQM, she is also a kind of the celebrity of the past so good PR because of her some of the old members are not happy with her gaining popularity

i think ishrat ul ibad is the senior most guy in terms of experience, he was governor for 10 years and is rather a soft image of MQM, he has spoken against the militant wing of MQM too

mustafa kamal has temper problems even though he has a very good reputation and probably the most pakistanis like him
