Pakistan always trying to stay relevant by staging these dramas. Lets blow up a few of their ships and see whether they have the guts to retaliate.
In kargil , their airforce was too afraid to engage.
If it comes to sinking ships then your Vikramaditya is the easiest target without its air component, so dont even think about this option.

‘The Modi government will be wasting its time talking to Nawaz Sharif.’ ‘It would be better if it were to open a direct channel with the Pakistan army,’ says Rajeev Sharma.

The death sentence for former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav in a dubious espionage case by a Pakistan military kangaroo court is a signature case of the rule of thumb of the powerful Pakistan army which traditionally keeps the civilian government in the lurch.
It shows that the Pakistani military establishment cares two hoots for the elected government in office. It is evident that in other countries the State has an army but in Pakistan, it is the other way around. It also shows that the Jadhav case is being choreographed solely by the Pakistan army.

The unending humiliations meted out by the Indian Army on its arch rival is not forgotten easily, a sense of inferiority complex drives deep down into the Pakistan army's psyche. The implicit dominance of the Indian Army over the years both military and in strategic positioning is an insurmountable proposition for the beleaguered Pak army. Hence, they resort to a myriad of vile mechanizations to put pressure on the Indian state. This is despite the weak-kneed approach adopted by the Congress governments of the past which did not resort to any aggressive steps to counter Pakistan's depraved actions.

It is worthy to note that in the bilateral context the timing of Jadhav’s death sentence is hugely important. The two sides just concluded talks under the Indus River Waters Commission and an Indian parliamentary delegation also just concluded a visit to Pakistan, both events is seen as a positively forward-looking step.

Amid these tensions, India called off a maritime security dialogue with Pakistan today, which was scheduled for early next week. A delegation led by Pakistan’s Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) was to visit New Delhi from April 16-19 to discuss issues related to fishermen and search and rescue operations.

The latest turn in the Jadhav saga points to many more important things:
The Nawaz Sharif government as well as Pakistan’s national assembly have been systematically shut out of the Jadhav case. Pakistani parliamentary committees on defence and foreign affairs have a goose egg information on the entire alleged espionage episode. Sartaj Aziz, the Pakistan prime minister’s foreign affairs advisor, told the Pakistan senate in December that the civilian government had no evidence of Jadhav being an Indian spy. Thus, the Pakistani military’s kangaroo court has wilfully and blatantly gone contrary to what a top official like Sartaj Aziz told the Pakistan parliament on record. Pakistan army wants the world to believe he was arrested in its Baluchistan province though Jadhav was ensnared from Iran last year.

This sordid episode roots to a more important development lately which may well be linked to a retired Pakistani army officer’s disappearance.

Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Habib went missing from Lumbini in Nepal close to the Indian border a few days ago. The Pakistani media is awash with inspired stories that Habib has been ‘kidnapped’ by the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), India’s external intelligence agency.

There is a possibility that the haste shown by the Pakistani military court in sentencing Jadhav to death may be a pre-emptive move to tell its domestic constituency that the military establishment is and will remain a more dominant force in the Islamic republic.

G G Dwivedi on ISDA wrote, "Today, with conventional war becoming a receding option, we are in an era of hybrid warfare; a diverse and dynamic blend of conventional, low intensity, and cyber operations. Low-intensity warfare is being orchestrated through both regular forces and irregulars. The Pakistan army, after enacting the role of a frontline state and supporting the mujahideen to defeat then Soviet Army in Afghanistan in the 1980s at the behest of the United States, has gone on to master this art."

The deadly Modi-Doval combine must continue its relentless assault on the Pakistani establishment as any let up would provide the enemy to the breather to bleed India further. Additionally, the mentally bankrupt peaceniks have been anyway shoved into cold storage by a more assertive nationalistic movement.

Finally, this author believes that the Modi government will be wasting its time and effort negotiating peace with the Nawaz Sharif government or the Pakistani Army.

Who give Indian right to address to our institute which don't have anything to do with foreign affairs? if that is the case then send Indian generals to discussed these things with Pakistani counterpart and for that India need to handover foreign affairs to military. Are India ready to do that?

.
Excellent Idea
no more talks on Indus water treaty and no more Kashmir talks we can do what we want if any one asks we say we don't have diplomatic ties with them .

Infact India should stop recognizing Pakistan and Pakistan can stop recognizing India so no more Kashmir talks and IWT
Come on Modi do it. Declare Pakistan's High commissioner persona non grata and ask him to please leave New Delhi.
Pakistan can do the same too.
If you tear Indus water treaty then we will take your all 6 rivers and ask india to stop Brahmaputra as well, your billion population will die of thirst

.
Indians don't know how to defend kalboshan. Sometimes Pakistan army don't listen to the political leadership is his innocence proof. sometimes his real indian passport (they forget about fake identity) is the proof that he is innocent.
Then sometimes Afghan taliban with no presence in iran have kidnapped him from iran(as he never went to afghanistan legally) is the so called fact which makes him innocent. Sometimes ISI lured him to come to balochistan and kidnapped him, so he is innocent.
Then the reason that india is a big country makes him innocent.
Too many great reasons which prove him innocent.

. .
India should do a 1962 on Pakistan Attack, grab some land, let Pakistan Army respond and play a war of attrition. Retain the land so grabbed like Siachen.
When Pakistan will attack you with nuclear weapons then your entire population will die like pigs with radiation. Try war with Pakistan and reach stoneage Endians

Wow, your following words speak volumes about your filthy intentions towards Pakistan you Indian snakes,
"The deadly Modi-Doval combine must continue its relentless assault on the Pakistani establishment as any let up would provide the enemy to the breather"

. .
Than we would start a nuclear war and it will be end of life in South Asia

No India has 5000 cities and towns and only 31 % of India lives in cities 69 % live in rural areas for that you need 1000s of nuclear warheads so not possible , similarly neither can India destroy Pakistan too as India and Pakistan barely have 120 to 130 nukes each.
Only 2 countries have MAD capability US and Russia , no one else has it so don't exaggerate.

Go ahead, stop bitchin like a whore and do it.

Process has started

India has fast-tracked hydropower projects worth $15 billion in India-held Kashmir in recent months, three federal and state officials said, ignoring warnings from Islamabad that power stations on rivers flowing into Pakistan will disrupt water supplies.

LOL, dumb a.... first of all recognistion cant be set aside.

A state may withdraw diplomatic recognition of another state, or simply refuse to deal with that other country, after withdrawing from all diplomatic relations with that country, such as embassies and consulates, and requiring the other country to do the same. The state will appoint a protecting power to represent its interests in the other state.

We will do this and we will do that this chest thumping is the only thing you will do lol carry on it makes good humour for other readers

Infact Chest thumping is more on your side we will take kashmir , we will break India , We will nuke India yeah right tried 4 times didn't work did it and you lost more territory.

If you tear Indus water treaty then we will take your all 6 rivers and ask india to stop Brahmaputra as well, your billion population will die of thirst

You need emergency English lessons right now.
And as far as 6 rivers are concerned you have been trying since 1947 .
As far as Brahmaputra is concerned look at the Map below tell me can China stop it

geography3_original.jpg

Fig-1-Map-of-the-Brahmaputra-drainage-Brahmaputra-river-originates-from-the-northern.png

All its major tributaries of brahmaputra lie in India .

A little suggestion along with English classes you should also enrol in some Geomorphology class also.

In kargil , their airforce was too afraid to engage.
Sure, please go ahead

.
He was not elected solely by the right-wingers and I am glad that right-wingers are disappointed - did you really expect him to do a Trump and appease the retards?

I did not see a single campaign promise by Modi to do any of the 4 points you mentioned. Even after being elected and half-way through his term, he hasn't said any of the 4.

He has a band of right-wing buffoons following him and his demonetization was a complete disaster. But overall, his ministers have been far better at delivering - I'd rather have Piyush Goyal in-charge of power than Shibu Soren.

Can Modi call an election at any time within the 5 years if he is popular?

.
What diplomatic ties?

Exactly!!!!

Other arch-enmity and a few agreements (on water & nuclear installations), India has NO ties to severe with Pakistan.

Breaking agreements will result in nuclear war in the region.

and I won't hold my breath for the end of arch-enmity with India.

.
indians frothing from the mouth like diseased bovines...what severance of ties? we have no ties
