Ideas for a Summer House

This is my idea for a summer house, I have prepared this home considering the terrain and my needs..Do you have any suggestions

yes it is but also I am planning to make a greenhouse to grow some fresh vegetables. And a garage for two SUVs.

A summer house should be made from timber to keep it warm but it will be multilayered wall structure for retaining heat, avoid condensation and moulding, sound isolation for the bed rooms.
Pool should be covered so I would have to design a pergola for it.

Now I have designed the garage but I have to design a ramp for it

1. DIY or hiring a company?
2. County regulations. (water, electricity)
3. Size (how many people to accommodate, permissible height?)
4. Is it for housing in the summer or just relaxing during the day? (host gathering around a pool table or just sitting down reading a paper?)
5. Would you mind making it a 1 story, slightly tilted roof with a garden/grass on it?

(looking at the pics i'm assuming this is an entirely different location than where your living?)

Wow. Looks like a Sims 3 home. What software did you use to design this?

I used different software but it is my passion (not profession). I have taken some courses and worked with my architect friends and I have good skills in indoor environment especially air quality, noise control, thermal comfort, lighting and reflections....so a house designed by me would be far more comfortable place to live than designed by an average architect.

(looking at the pics i'm assuming this is an entirely different location than where your living?)

Answers:

1. I have skills and experience of designing homes but I have professional qualified and expert architects as my friends and they will be assisting me when I need landscaping and other aspects
2. It will be made in Thandiyani or some place in northern areas of Pakistan
3. 3-4 people
4. It is intended to be summer house for a couple but it can host 2 more couple since it has attics
5. It will 2.5 stories i.e. basement, ground floor, and attic
