No. The Afghan husband should not get citizenship based upon marriage (exceptions will apply based upon the individual man). Other civilized countries let Men marry Men - should Pakistan do this?
The Pakistani wife need not be deported.


Pakistan faces a huge demographic challenge to her.

If I were an anti Pakistani strategist one of the ways I would seek to weaken the internal cohesiveness would be to encourage foreign men to marry Pakistani women with view of getting citizenship. Over a few generations Pakistan will have millions of non Pakistanis (already the case) who may not be sincere with Pakistan.

Of course there are exceptions.
