Am unable to understand 'Chinese physics' as well.Chinese wisdom are too hard for you to grasp we all know that by now
Another useless 'crocodile tears for Japan' anti-US thread. As if there is anything new about the contents, which have been debated before.
How U.S. Economic Warfare Provoked Japan's Attack on Pearl Harbor
Desperation? If the author criticized the US for being rhetorical back then, perhaps he should have restraint himself for being rhetorical today. As for negotiation, the US offered to back off the issue of Manchuria and resume normal state and trade relations if Imperial Japan stop her plan of Asia expansionism. In other words, while the US have no colonial interests in mainland China, the US was willing to concede to Imperial Japan's claim on mainland China, vis-a-vis Manchuria, on same equal footing as the European colonial powers, in return for peace.Japan's leaders had tried with growing desperation to negotiate.
This article is a farce trying to disguise as 'history' and a weak one at that. Nothing was said about Imperial Japan's aggression onto the other Asiatics, aggression attitude known as far back as the Versailles Treaty of the end of WW I when the allies treated the Japanese delegation with barely disguised condescension.
Still, Germany's colonial interests in Asia were given to Imperial Japan...
Treaty of Versailles
So readers, do not take this thread seriously.Even before The Treaty of Versailles was written, many of the Allied governments, including Italy and Japan, had already made secret treaties with each other, dividing up certain parts of Germany and its colonies.
