how to upgrade my baouchistan arm license to digital arm license issuing by nadra

Hi

I have arm license from Dist Naseerabad, Baluchistan. As Baluchistan arm license will also converted in digital license through NADRA. so i want to know the process.
how to upgrade my Baluchistan arm license to digital arm license issuing by NADRA.
if any one can guide me then please do tell me or any other forum through which i can get the information of this. so i can convert my manual license to digital.
