How to seal the border with Afghanistan ?

1,640 miles long border.

Anyone who knows the area and terrain which areas are accessible and which are not? How do we tackle this?

How do people visit each other in different counties where the border is " sealed " ? The same way , people will be allowed here to . Sealing the border despite well being expensive and not possible to full extent will be the best solution for the security of Pakistan .

Doesn't concern this . It allows for freedom of movement which can be guaranteed in other ways apart from leaving the borders wide open for anyone to cross into either side .

Fencing the border is going to be really tough because of mountains & tough terrain, but the whole border can be heavily mined, it was already proposed by Gen. Musharraf, but rented Afghanis & US opposed it. Today we can see why.

I think gov't should give deadline to everyone and completely seal borders for however long it deems fit.

Let's be honest, is freedom of movement between countries more important or the lives?

If given the choice of 60k people lives which have been lost and sealing the border completely with mines and no border crossing either, people will choose the latter.
