How to fix judiciry to be able to trial and sentence terrorists

Our Judiciary doesn't convict any terrorist - Taseer's killer for example, so what the agencies does, they deal with the terrorists themselves without handing them over to the law.

KPK would be launching FBI type force in the coming months as a pilot project. They've allocated 23BN alone for the purpose of improving security of the province.

We are so quick to try a former army general who fought for this land but still not figured out how to trial terrorists.

Is Nawaz doing this drama to divert attention away from his non-existent policy on dealing with terrorists?
