you shd join him for property business thing.. i think you can learn from him. Then after 2 years you can do either MBA/Economics etc or Law. It will be a good combo. As in Pakistan, you must be familiar with law and hand on experience of LDA, Patwari, etc.

Examples of great Pakistani entrepreneurs exist all over - I know one who has done great in setting up emergency centers and owns his own UH-1H which he is restoring. Along with owning some $5 million in exotics. Just because he was much smarter and more importantly stuck to his plan

I am a student of computer science plus one doesn't need a degree to understand the real estate industry. A degree in business administration is useless for me, I prefer to read books on it instead. My ultimate goal is to build a successful tech startup, buying and selling real estate will be my side hustle in the future. Also please note that I am not a property dealer, I am simply a guy who buys and sells properties for myself.

I totally forgot your grad background. Anyway, you will learn something for start up even doing busniess with him either in sales/purchase. It is better to have many experiences before 30. Like teaching/trainer, motivational speaker, team leader, sales, accounts, etc. Plus you can learn PR and netwrok/connection making.

I wish I had that much time. Thanks to COVID-19 I couldn't go abroad for my bachelor's due to which I am doing my bachelor's from here. The problem is that I am not interested in what the university is teaching me. Hence I have bought online courses produced by tech megacorporations like Google and Microsoft to study the fields of computer science that I am actually interested in. It is already hard enough for me to balance my university studies with these courses so working for someone like him on top of all of this is simply impossible for me right now.

Now, I am teaching, and have done with my PhD. I am planning that in 2 years, if I get enough preliminary exaperience, then I will start consultancy. Anway, I have to work in securing funding for research projects. In UK, govt and pvt funding is available if we can convince them that our research can solve that problem. Like using AI alogorithms and sesnsors, we can detect crops diseases and health. So, it is less labour intensive and can save govt money in long run etc etc

That's some amazing stuff, best wishes to you. Will you be working as a consultant in universities?

Nope.. in my own or my sister's company. She is thinking to start one. Setting compnay is not that difficult in UK. However, the research is like to find the topic, writing proposals, then recruting resources, etc.

The kind of startup that you wish to start will probably require a lot of seed funding which will be quite a challenge for you.
