What's the pot scene in Iran like, will they hang you frrom a crane and put your lifeless corpse up for display if they catch you smoking a joint like they do in saudi/isis ?

Maybe in R&D they might enjoy more freedom than the restrictions posed on medical marijuana research in the US, but it won't be as easy as they think to export their medical weed products to the US. Not only will the FDA's strict regulations make that VERY difficult, almost impossible, but keeping the medical cannibis industry local and benefiting US companies will choke this supposed Israeli influx of this crap from coming in from anywhere. All the dispensaries and stores that will and are operating in the US (now that there's something like 30 states that have officially legalized it) are operating under incredibly brutal and strict federal and state regulations and the FDA is known to be even tougher, especially when it comes to approving any drugs, let alone controversial ones that are cannibis related. Fat chance, I say.

I have to agree. There's no way "legal" bales are going to be offloaded from some ship or plane while other "illegal" bales send people to jail. What a hypocritical uproar that will cause.

no hanging is for large scale smuggling of opiades across the border , that's why in Tehran most people cultivate their own marijuana .
