The Eurozone has a huge deflation problem and dragi fights against it with interests rate of 0.15%. But a german boerse report above which mainstream is ignoring said something very interesting and obvious. If european suppliers cant deliver their food to russia they will deliver it to europe for cheaper price. This will be another blow for europe with increasing deflation and hurting eu agriculture industry as a whole due to oversupply.

Off topic - I would like to know her name for research purpose.

Thanks. :P

There is no deflation as long as the rate is positive as you can see it in your figures, the ideal rate is 0% +-1% doesn almost affect anything.
