Social Security =$-150 billion
Medicare= $-150 billion
U.S foreign aid= $-35 billion

In order for the DoD to be cut it needs to decide what the future of warfare will be.
Social Security? That's a death sentence, old people don't mess around, it's called the "third rail" for reason.
Medicare/Medicaid.
US Foreign Aid is barely $44B.

Trump won't get back in the black, but he can at least get the debt under control.

Trump doesn't control the pursestrings, Congress does, and that congress is Republican.

They aren't going to cut military spending.

They'll definitely cut welfare though.
