Got quite good sniping them. This was some ten years ago. And it was a risky job - some Maneka Gandhi type could have lodged a FIR.

That time there was a program called Outlook on BBC World Service radio and it had a short-lived section where World Service listeners could write to the program about any big problem in their area or town and the program would send a reporter to the listener. I wrote about the dogs and the BBC reporter came and we did a day of recording including a straw poll in my area and speaking to my area's municipal representative. The recording was aired after being edited down to 11 minutes. On record I said that I shoot at dogs with an air rifle. Got dislike responses to it from two Indian listeners.

It didn't kill them or injure them badly. They would just squeal. The idea was to prevent them from taking over the four roads near my house ( mine is a corner plot ). It worked. I generally shot from the first floor. Whenever they would pass by ( actually run by ) they would cast a glance up at my house. So basically it put a scare in them.

I agree with him on the "We wuz Arabs, Persians and Turks" mentality that some Pakistanis have ( despite them being South Asian ancestrally ) and the part about Pakistan should be friends with India, but I don't understand his general hateful attitude towards all of Pakistan. I mean there are Progressives there too.

They can be a nuicance, dealt with the problem here too, but my methods were much more compassionate, neutered, put them in a shelter and gave them a donation so they would take care.. local population had just exploded and they had started to become a bit of a problem in their big packs, also got very loud middle of the night and disturbed the peace.. very annoying.

Given the current ground realities, it's kind of silly to be all peacenik about stuff. IK claims to be one but is always throwing a barrage of the usual "fascist, supremacist, nazi, hitler, genocide.. blabla" at India despite having no takers on the planet for his drivel. A most confused person. Modi, to his credit has been acting more statesmanly and has ignored all of it and not responded.

Culturally, there's no question that north India and Pakistan are real blood brothers, shame the blood has gone so toxic that they've thrown almost their entire lot in with the godless, pork loving, Uighur reeducating authoritarian non democratic communists of Chyna.

I have never attended a shakha a day in my life but yes I am called a Sanghi on PDF and I am proud of it.

On PDF anyone with an Indian Nationalist viewpoint is a Sanghi. The others are Indians who bow before the Pakistanis or who want to break up the country

This is how Nazis operated in Germany as well. Hatred for the Jews was "nationalism".

I have once tagged along with a few school friends to some sanghi program. Even in those days I did not agree to a few things said by whosoever was on the dais.

You won't believe it, but I have attended a Shakha in the same way, when I tagged along with one of my school friends. It was just a 30 minute lecture attended by other school kids (after school program...lol). At the entrance, I was grilled on why I am there, but my friend talked his way inside. I was introduced as a new attendee at the start of the session with my name, and there was a visible shock on everyone's faces.

It was an awkward feeling whenever the speaker talked about "deshdrohis", everyone turned around and looked at me.

What harm have they caused, the RSS ?

Just curious about how many of the 'real deal' active members are on this forum. I'm not, but don't necessarily hate them, some of their ideas are good and they do involve themselves in a lot of charity volunteer work too so.. yeah, they're not my enemy.

For sake of argument, even so, but they're still very much on the sidelines, certainly not "running the country" and are definitely not all over Hindu society or society at large even.
