At least we cant take away and it will always belongs to African if they take good care of it. Better than offer corruption money or relief money like the whites which do nothing for the progress the African.

That is the reason why I mention in my post in the first place.These infrastructure do helps African. Do any african used road? Yes, roads or bridge helps transport, it allows crops to reach city area faster, reduce waste, save time and helps ordinary farmers.. Alleviate their living standard.
