How do you stay fit?

I use the treadmill 4 times/week x 45mins - start from speed 3 and go up to 6.
its a great cardio workout!:enjoy:
 
I use tread mill 3-4 days a week, 10 mins jog..Than I play tennis the other 3 days and lastly I play cricket at weekend nights 4-5 hours...

P.S No wonder my waiste is 30..hehe..
 
i get paid to work out :)

run 5 to 15k
ruck 10 to 18k and push ups, pull ups
 
running - 30 minute avg speed- 16 - - so around 9-10 kms.

cross trainer for 15 minute - and then skipping for 15 minutes .

45 minutes of weight training and 1 hour of kick boxing or sparring.

then 20 minutes of abs.

sundays - swimming with beer flowing. and tennis in morning . or rugby in evening.
foot loose in the night.

But do 10 min rigorous walk and 50 crunches, thats it. :P i think at this moment this fat body is ok with excercise.
 
wriggling your fingers on the computer is my exercise. Ah, and the Ward round. last we measured, we had walked 1.6 Miles over 31/2 hrs during a Ward round.

A strict regimen of hookers, whisky, cigarettes, and gambling gets it done...:agree:

i work hard already no need extra exercise for me.every day i have pain in my body when i sleep.my tecnetion job make me fit.:)
 
What give with all this workout stuff? :confused:

Some of you just have too much time to waste.

I'm fit and healthy.Naturally.Its from my mother:)
I eat good.. but eat less. I take orange Juice in winters and in summers banana and strawberry shake.I like to walk..sometimes its running.It keeps you in shape always,specially the waist never fluctuates:)
 
Since I'm fresh out of school, i dont have a regimen, so its mostly sports
Soccer, Basketball, Swimming, Cricket, Badminton, Bowling.

i love gym the feeling after gym is awesome i hit the gym 6 days a week 4 days workout and 3 high intensity cardio lots of supplements with a strict diet and then sunday is my day off everything eat anything i want i need it to keep me sane
