China and Japan are clearly moving onto a next war. This irreversible trend started in 2001 with Prime Minister Koizumi Junichiro. After 10 years' economic troubles and frequent change of Prime Minsters, Koizumi made a strategic bet. He chose exactly the same way as Hitler did in 1930s. he tried to instigate Japanese to remember the glory of Japanese empire and blamed Japanese troubles on the post-WWII order. Japan started to work on reversing this order by paying tributes to war criminal officially, pushing for permanent member status, openly supporting Taiwan Independence movement, allowing historic books praising Japanese expansions etc. By doing all of these, even though he didn't fix any economic troubles at all, he became a popular Prime Minister and even a king maker in the ruling Liberal Democratic Party. His success even allowed many Japanese officials to openly praise Hitler's policies in 1930s.

His bet completely ruined the efforts by many former Japanese Ministers for the reconciliation of East Asia and alienated Japan from China and Korea. But he bet that United States would take on China and China would fall, just as many western experts believed and he didn't treat Korea as an important player.Unfortunately China becomes a critical player and Korea becomes an very important player. Chinese market can determine the fate of multinationals and force many western countries to align with Chinese interests for future growth. Korean companies are competitive that they can even take dominant shares.

But can Koizumi's policies be reversed? Not at all. Just as Hitler's policies could only be reversed after the defeat. Even Abe himself tried. He only could stay as Prime Minister for several months in his first term and had to use stomach problems as an excuse to resign. The mood of Japanese is exactly the same as Germany in 1930s. Japanese are the best; all of Japanese troubles are caused by the unfair post war order. All of Japanese policies put world order change first, money second which is making Japanese economy worse. They do not dare to challenge United States since US army is still on Japanese lands, even though driving US army out of Japan is one top goal They choose China as the target.

The situation in China has also changed. With the absence of War for more than 30 years, many Chinese neighbors treat China as a paper tiger and reject Chinese peaceful proposals easily. United States forgets its promises when Sino-China established relations and starts to support Taiwan independence more and more openly. It even starts to consider supporting Hong Kong independence movement. China also needs a war to prove military capability.

Japan needs a war to change world order and China needs a war to cut black hands onto Chinese sovereignty. The war can not be avoided. Japan is preparing for it, China is preparing for it, United States is instigating it, Vietnam, Philippines and Taiwan are working on to provide the battlefield.

Everyone is longing for next Sino-Japan war. Japan wants it, China wants it, Russia,United States and Europe are dreaming for ammunition sales and market share expansion. India, latin America and Africa are hoping to use to reshape a better world order. The only thing which is stopping the war is that neither side has full confidence in winning the war without much damage.

Japan will not stand a chance against China today if an all out war breaks out (3rd Sino-Japanese war).

If Japan failed to defeat China back then when China was crippled by foreign powers, warlord factions, total civil war, mass famine, corrupt government and traitors everywhere all happening simultaneously, they don't have a chance in hell trying China today, nada. Japan would get murked so bad.
