How a Saudi singer found her voice and her freedom in Pakistan

Totally irrelevant to what I posted. How does a Pakistani girl that being falsely represented as an Arab girl will bring positive image for pakistan ?.

But it sure strengthens the already false, deceit and misrepresentation that has become a social norm in this society. Just like the one you're unnecessarily defending

That was not my point, I've positive intentions and kind of misconstrued. Same article appeared in other blogs and forums as well, might be the reason it inadvertently started to look like this.

If she can not pursue music in KSA then that means KSA is doing something right and PAK is doing something wrong. Muslims should ask the question why should music which is haram be allowed rather bending over backward in the face of western criticism. I know many forum members would cringe at this post but those would feel uncomfortable by this post , should do some introspection and soul searching. They should ask themselves whether they are unconsciously doing a damage to islamic societies.

This news is nothing to be proud off for pakistanis.

You are NOT the PM or FM of Pakistan and neither do you mean shit in PAK policy making circles. You are just an individual chauvinistic key board warrior who resorts to non-sense one liners like "internal matters" to talk down discussions he does not like. This is a social media outlet and so what I write is none of your business.

Frankly i find it absurd when cyber individuals talk as if they own and represent their respective countries.

The story is wrong on all accounts. First of all she is not from SAudi Arabia. She must have born there, but will never be recognised as a Saudi. She is of Pakistani origin who happened to live in Arabia and didnt go back there.
Yes she is Pakistani origin migrant i think this is just sentationalism by media

Never heard of patari.pk before, there also seem to be app for smartphones. This site look great with music from all over Pakistan.
Patari app is good

As i said before. What i say and discuss with fellow forum members is none of your business. You as an individual with certain ideological beliefs do NOT represent your country. So its you who should shut up if you can't argue. I could have taken you seriously if you were part of the policy making circles of PAK goverment but then again if that was the case, you would not be an anonymous key board worrier living in your own bubble would you?

Music as understood in modern terms is outright forbidden according to overwhelming isalmic textual evidence. No scholar supports modern day hip hop pop music with strings and wind instruments. Music is only permissible with conditions. Check out this scholar - one of the most liberal minded scholar of orthodoxy you can find:

But constant tail wagging of haseena the beauty in front of Indian masters and Controversial hanging of Islamic leader is certainly something to be proud of.
Oh yeah and if it makes you feel any better. Denying bluntly the assistance to Rohingya refugee in front of journalist is definitely something to be proud of

Did you see me doing any of the shit your are accusing me off? If you don't know, I a commoner NOT a politician running a country. I don't run my country and neither does my country's gov represent me. SO your whole question is a fallacy in the first place.

Just to make it clear . For your kind information I am not a fanatic nationalist nor a lowly regime supporter. BD is a typical 3rd rate secular state run by a brutal and oppressive regime. Now do you want your country to be like BD? If not why draw the comparison and ask fallacious question. Two wrongs don't make a right.

You make a valid point because most Western music contains obscenity and sexual degradation of human beings, however what if its Patriotic Music that contains harmless lyrics?

I think the average Bangladeshi is just as powerless as the average Pakistani in bringing about change with regards to the corrupt political system in their respective country.
