Honourary Commission in Pak Army

Is there concept of honourary commission in Pakistan Army?

Different people serve the nation at highest level or make an achievement and want to or Army itself want to get such people.

I'm talking about honouring and acquiring services as well.

Honorary Commissions are those granted to JCOs prior to retirement in recognition of their services .

Not all get them

This allows them to use the rank Lt / Capt & equivalent ranks even after they retire and gives them added salary & pension benefits.

I am sure PA too must have this.

There're people who make exceptions like leading in A-level, becoming youngest Microsoft Certified or any other achievement. Army catch them in the bud and benefit from their talent.
