Hindus don’t get to have marriage certificate

Very strange but apparently there is no law to facilitate marriage certificates for Hindus which is quiet problematic as one can understand.

The article is Pakistan related and tells the problem of a Hindu women married to a hindu guy in Pakistan who has problems in getting her CNIC and passport to go to India as she is not able to produce a marriage certificate and the story goes on about the problems she is facing and faced. Its not India related, but Pakistan specific.
