If you look at the border between India and Pakistan it exactly represents the reach of the Maratha Empire and by the way,

Why don't you talk about 48 when 5000 civilians conquered half of Kashmir and GB and would have taken all of Kashmir if UN had not intervened, why not talk about 65 war or even Kargil where India went crying to their daddys. That map was just delusional, it even included parts of Sri Lanka, which wasn’t even part of British India. Remember even in the 1800s there were more Hindus in India than there were Muslims in the entire World.

I do think India got the better deal out of partition but only marginally. The British fell for the trick by Nehru, that India should be bigger because it would stay permanently secular.

But coming back to your "endless hate", that's a very intense emotion..I donot have "endless hate" for Muslims..I may disapprove slightly of certain actions of Muslims from Pakistan, but hate is not something I hold to my heart..Hate poisons the soul and destroys the person. Nope there is a historic connection between Africa and both subcontinental Hindus and subcontinental Muslims..African Muslims have earned immortality in the pages of history as famed lovers of subcontinental Muslim princesses..On top of that Hindu traders have huge network in sub Saharan Africa. When I was a student ,Africans would warmly share stories of Hindu traders,Sikh truckers who basically keep the gears of the economy rolling in many African countries.
