guys you took this thread from all the way North to South..
on the topic ..personally i have experienced both the states and like the Kerala out of two, that can be because of my personal lack of taste towards hill stations..house boats in Kerala was awesome..and a elephant ride (my first) in periyar too was a good experience..Munnar's tea garden ...looked pretty awesome ... to have the only thing which I dint like and avoided is food cooked in "coconut oil" its every where in Kerala at-least cant say about the other south Indian states.
