Hi what are these flowers called in urdu?

I was in a impression that it's called 'chanbeli ' , but it's not .

It has a very beautiful strong aroma and are tiny sized white coloured . It's aroma is a bit same as chanbeli and it's aroma spreads all the way to streets . Can someone tell me what's it called in urdu ? I want to buy it .

And this one too . Sorry for bad photo result but I plucked it from a tree , it's a one form of jasmine , chanbeli but don't know what's it called in urdu , shopkeepers in nursery cannot understand the names in english and I'm unable to find their urdu name . Help me .

Actually jasmine in pakistan is known has a different shape as that of white rose . But the first pic I posted is not jasmine it's something else that shopkeeper won't understand.
