Here's Why the Mercedes-Benz SL Is Failing

I have the CL and S - solid cars if maintenance is not skimped on. However when things start going wrong with these the bills rack up pretty quick. But Mercs are without a doubt easiest cars to work on, mechanically. Removing an engine from an S or CL or E or C is easier than removing one from a Civic!

Electronic failures are the most expensive repairs on these as they are so many ECUs in them and finding a fault in wiring is a bit of a nightmare to say the least.
