help regarding posting a letter to coas

how can my leter reach to coas can anybody help tried sending by tcs but it was returned and there was written "ghq entry banned"plz help me iam a two time issb recemonded.

In that case you better find someone in within the Army you know who can get it delivered personally or if you don't know anyone on a 3 star rank, then you better contact ISPR......

dont be emotional n bypass all the channels? y COAS? send it to your concerned directate.write to ISSB again
