Help find Alouette III parts

Hello everyone,


I am trying to locate three fuselage brackets that will allow me to mount
floatation bags on the port side of an Alouette III that belongs to a Aviation Museum run by the Ulster Aviation Society, can anyone assist
with this request.

hal makes alouette 3 under the name 'hal chetak'. I think you will be able to obtain the parts if you contact hal office

Suggest the Aviation museum contacts the Air HQ of the IAF in India. They are likely to assist to find parts for the Alouette III helicopters, considering that they are still in production in India and discontinued elsewhere including by Sud Aviation in France itself. The IAF has in the past assisted a museums in North America with Harvard, Texan and Liberator aircraft.
Another country where material may be found is Switzerland, which has retired the Alouettes from their Alpine Rescue service. Switzerland transferred some of the retired airframes to Pakistan, though they were probably Alouette IIs.
