Height growth exercise?

Hi my age is 18 and I am currently around 5'5
I am currently doing hanging exercise of about 15 min daily. My question is (specially with the health experts) that
1. Will my height increase? if yes then how much will I gain in 6-7 months if I exercise at the same pace.
2. Should I do anything else as well.

Everybody is welcome for their input, and any guidance would be appreciated.

Well, You may Play Basket ball.... Which will Improve your Growth , Do skipping, Pull ups and Drink a Lot of Milk so that your Bones grow Healthy and Strong... in 360 days you are sure to grow into a healthy man...

Yes...it is possible. It all depends on how much your bones are fused. By 18 most of the times they will get fused but there are lots of cases where people grow even after puberty. So in addition to hanging,do swimming, skipping and jogging. If you have time and energy left do cycling.

Eat foods rich in calcium and protein.

dude i think pull up is best exercise for increasing height. 20 pull ups in single set is most desirable.

It will increase naturaly just do hanging 5-8 mins per day and eat well like drinking 2 glass milk per day.my height increased +1inch in 2010.bt i am still few months below 18.

and also look at your parents height.genes play important role

my father's height is about the same as mine but my mother is quite shorter than me.
what's your current height.

Tie one rope to you head, the other to your feet and get your parents to pull both ropes away from each other.

That should help you get taller.

i think basket ball is good exercise of increasing heaight but you have to do it for 3 to 4 years regularly

No matter what you cannot increase your height due to genetic factor ...
